One of the most deserving and applicable categories of human beings, which deserves most of the rights are children. The major concern for the children is that they cannot speak for themselves or stand up for their rights. According to the Latin term, the word child has been derived from the word ‘infants’ which generally means one who cannot speak. Thus, children are categorized as one who cannot speak. Therefore, it is extremely easier to withdraw or violate rights of the children. The major issues with rights of the children has been observed that, in most cases, they are not able to speak for themselves, in addition, most of the children are already un aware of their basic rights, therefore it is easier to manipulate them and violate their rights.

Thus, in order to protect and provide rights to the children, a separate department had been organized, entitled as The Convention on The Rights of The Child, proposed in 1989.
